A warehouse manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including:

• Logistics - Overseeing the entire logistics process, from receiving and storing goods to shipping and dispatching them 
• Inventory - Managing inventory levels, stock control, and ensuring accurate inventory records 
• Staff - Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff, and ensuring they are working safely 
• Safety - Maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation 
• Quality - Ensuring quality objectives are met, and that products are stored safely and securely 
• Communication - Excellent multi department communication as well as liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Reports - Producing regular reports and/or statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis 
• Planning - Planning future capacity requirements, and devising and monitoring inventory levels of all inbound and outbound products, goods and services
• Maintenance - Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and warehouse equipment 

Our Warehouse Manager should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an eye for detail and organizational skills. Candidates should be familiar with inventory management software and have a good understanding of the company's policies and vision.

Valor Offroad is always looking for hardworking, reliable and flexible warehouse associates to join our fast-growing organization. This position requires you to perform various warehouse duties, such as sorting, loading, inputting, unloading and receiving materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing, packing and shipping orders accurately
• Inspecting items for defects and reporting as required
• Unloading/loading containers
• Restocking and maintaining an inventory of orders as needed
• Preparing items for shipping
• Mounting/dismounting varying types of wheels and tires
• Following all warehouse procedures and safety measures

Additionally, we expect the ideal candidate to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma
• Two years of experience in a relevant warehouse setting
• Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts and hand trucks
• Ability to adhere to employer and government safety regulations
• Inventory skills and excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity for the work involving lifting and moving heavy loads
