The Raw Machined process starts with a CNC machine, lathe, or milling tool, which shaves off a thin top layer of metal to expose the bare, raw aluminum underneath.
Gloss Black
Our Gloss Black finish is a classic high-sheen, reflective, and rich dark black paint, creating polished, mirror-like finish on wheel face and spoke surfaces.
Hyper Black
A premium finish, our Hyper black paint is a reflective, translucent metallic finish, creating a deep, glossy, "liquid mercury" appearance that changes tone based on lighting.
Hyper Black
Hyper black paint is distinct for its liquid mercury or dark chrome appearance, combining a deep black base coat with a reflective, slightly transparent top layer. It shifts between a dark, smoky metallic in low light and a bright, shiny chrome effect in direct sunlight, providing a three-dimensional, high-depth finish.
Flow Forming
A flow-formed wheel is a high-performance hybrid between a standard cast utv wheel and a premium forged utv wheel. It is created using a specialized manufacturing process that applies heat and high-pressure rollers to "stretch" a cast aluminum preform into its final shape.
- Initial Casting: The process begins with a low-pressure or gravity cast wheel, but the barrel is intentionally cast much narrower and thicker than the final intended width.
- Spinning & Heating: This "preform" is placed on a specialized machine, heated, and rapidly spun.
- Flow Forming: High-pressure hydraulic rollers press against the spinning barrel, squeezing and stretching the metal longitudinally to achieve the desired width and thickness.
- Grain Alignment: This mechanical manipulation changes the molecular structure of aluminum, aligning the grains to make it denser and more uniform—similar to the properties of a forged wheel.

The VCAP2 is interchangeable with all wheels that accept this cap style. We offer the VCAP2 in both ABS Plastic and Billet Aluminum. The V15 comes stock with ABS version.
